The visit began at the Xicen International Talent Hub, a flagship project within the demonstration zone for green and integrated ecological development in the Yangtze River Delta.

Since its opening in November 2024, the hub has handled more than 5,000 talent service cases. During the visit, the participants gained firsthand insight of Qingpu's one-stop talent services, including housing, healthcare, and digital media through site tours, achievement showcases, and charity market activities.

The group then explored Cenbu village, a model of rural vitalization. Participants strolled through golden rice fields, visited the Wild Gallery art space, enjoyed coffee, and tried kayaking amid lush greenery, all while soaking in the region's slower pace of life.
