Pudong IP Protection Center launches Zhoujiadu Sub-center
The Zhoujiadu Sub-center of the China (Pudong) Intellectual Property Protection Center was established on March 18 at an investment promotion event on Zhoujiadu sub-district.
The establishment of the sub-center is a significant move to deepen national IP reforms, improve local IP protection services, optimize the business environment, and strengthen innovation support services.
The sub-center will provide efficient, convenient IP collaborative protection services for local businesses under the guidance of the China (Pudong) Intellectual Property Protection Center, with a focus on core sectors such as high-end manufacturing and technological innovation.
Services offered by the sub-center will include patent pre-examination guidance, dispute mediation, infringement-determination consultation, and specialized training, with an emphasis on building a comprehensive, one-stop public IP service platform.
This move is expected help local companies enhance their capabilities in creating, utilizing, and protecting their IP.
