Job openings and qualifications
Professor
(1) Employed as a professor or an equivalent position by universities or research institutions;
(2) Demonstrate the ability to lead research at the forefront of relevant fields, set future development directions, master key technologies, and integrate multi-disciplinary cooperation to tackle key problems, with outstanding achievements recognized by peers at home and abroad;
(3) Possess good morals, the spirit of innovation and exploration, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Associate professor
(1) Have a doctoral degree and at least three years of research experience after graduation, generally under the age of 40;
(2) Be able to independently conduct innovative research, teach courses, and supervise doctoral students; have achieved significant research results and demonstrated strong academic potential;
(3) Possess good morals, the spirit of innovation and exploration, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
For outstanding candidates, research experience requirements can be appropriately reduced.
Assistant professor
(1) Have a relevant doctoral degree and work experience, and generally under the age of 35;
(2) Have conducted innovative research in cutting-edge fields, achieved significant research results, and demonstrated strong academic potential;
(3) Possess good morals, the spirit of innovation and exploration, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
For outstanding candidates, research experience requirements can be appropriately reduced.
Assistant research professor
(1) Have a relevant doctoral degree and generally under the age of 35;
(2) Have experience of participating in or undertaking high-level research projects, aspired to contribute to large-scale research teams and projects;
(3) Have a rigorous attitude, dedication towards scientific research, and the ability to work collaboratively, communicate and coordinate effectively.
Postdoctoral fellow
(1) Have a relevant doctoral degree and generally under the age of 35;
