Shanghai is set to host the third Technology Talent Job Fair on Sept 13, as part of the 2025 Inclusion Conference on the Bund, which will take place from Sept 11 to 13 in Huangpu district.

The fair is expected to bring together about 50 enterprises and 5,000 job seekers across industries such as technology, internet services, artificial intelligence, and finance. It aims to create employment opportunities for young professionals while connecting enterprises with outstanding talent.

The job fair is organized under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, hosted by the conference organizing committee, and co-organized by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources Public Service Center and Ant Group.

Participating universities: Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University, and The University of Hong Kong

Event highlights

1. Fifty participating enterprises will offer more than 1,500 job openings in fields such as artificial intelligence, internet technologies, embodied AI, and finance.

2. In-depth discussions on organizational and talent transformation in the AI era by leading technology companies, university experts, and human resources industry representatives, along with the release of the latest insights report.

3. An exclusive roadshow session where top companies will issue fast-track passes for final-round interviews on-site to eligible candidates.

Three themed zones

1. Job Creation Zone

Companies from high-end sectors will showcase their enterprises and recruit candidates. This zone will facilitate direct interactions between employers and job seekers, enabling on-the-spot resume submissions and face-to-face communication.

2. Tech Employment Zone

With interactive experiences such as AI-powered interviews, psychological assessments, and hands-on experiences of technological products, this zone is designed to enhance the fair's technological appeal and engagement while providing a professional, innovative, and interactive candidate experience.

3. Employment Support Zone

This exhibition highlights Ant Group's initiatives and achievements in promoting employment opportunities.

Dedicated consultation counters will be available to address job seekers' inquiries regarding employment policies, career planning, and professional development.
