To prevent noise pollution, individuals should be mindful of their activities in various settings. When using public transport, caring for pets, operating household appliances, playing musical instruments, or hosting gatherings, it's important to minimize noise and avoid disturbing others. Furthermore, refraining from loud decoration activities in residential buildings from 6 pm to 8 am daily and throughout holidays (excluding weekends) is essential.

In public spaces such as parks and squares, it's crucial to lower the volume of audio equipment when engaging in recreational, fitness, or entertainment activities to minimize noise disturbances.

Specific noise level standards have been established for different areas: in residential areas, noise levels exceeding 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night (from 10 pm to 6 am) are considered excessive. In mixed areas with residential, commercial, and industrial uses, the standard noise level is 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night.

Individuals have the right to report instances of noise pollution to ecological and environmental authorities, who are empowered to enforce administrative measures such as issuing warnings, fines, and halting activities that create noise pollution. In cases where individuals persist in causing serious noise pollution and refuse to rectify their behavior, authorities have the authority to seal or confiscate the equipment or facilities generating the noise. Moreover, if the situation constitutes a criminal offense, it will be subject to criminal investigation.
