Minhang Cultural Park in Shanghai's Minhang district features over 40,000 baby-blue-eyes (Nemophila menziesii) resembling a sky-blue sea in April and May.

The tiny blue flowers attract bees and butterflies. Brightly colored Icelandic poppies (Papaver nudicaule) also add vibrancy to the park.

Additionally, the park showcases a vast expanse of Leucanthemum maximum, a species of flowering plant in the aster family known by the common name max chrysanthemum or Shasta daisy. They stand out for their large size and height in comparison to daisies.

The Huiyin Blue House, a landmark in Minhang Cultural Park, hosts chrysanthemums.

Chrysanthemums are currently in full bloom and are expected to last until June, providing visitors with a refreshing and natural atmosphere for enjoying and capturing memorable moments.

1. When it comes to fashion choices, opt for white, light blue, and light yellow dresses or shirts to exude an artistic flair. Complement your outfit with headscarves, straw hats, and woven baskets to enhance the pastoral charm.

2. For ideal camera angles, consider shooting from above to isolate your subject from other tourists and create the illusion of being immersed in a sea of flowers. Alternatively, shoot from a low angle, framing the blue sky and fluffy clouds in the background to add depth to your photos.

3. Additional tips: Show respect for the flower fields by avoiding stepping on them when taking photos. Be mindful of insect bites and remember to apply sunscreen on sunny days.

Open: 24 hours. The area where the chrysanthemums are located is open from 5 am to 9 pm.

Transportation:

Exit from Xingzhong Road Station on Metro Line 9, walk 692 meters;

Exit 3 from Ziteng Road Station or Hangzhong Road Station on Metro Line 10, walk 264 meters;

Take bus 87, 753, 776, or 867 to Wuzhong Road Hangzhong Road Station;

Take bus 92, 186, 198, 735, 739, or 763 to Caobao Road Xingxi Road Station.
