Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Regional Financial Supervision and Administration

These regulations apply to the supervision and administration, and risk prevention and treatment of regional financial organizations and their activities within the administrative area of Shanghai, with a view to regulating regional financial organizations and their activities and maintaining financial consumers' and investors' legitimate rights and interests.
