Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Construction and Use of Civil Defense Projects

These procedures apply to the planning, construction, use and maintenance of civil defense projects and related management activity thereof in this municipality's administrative area, with a view to strengthening the administration of construction and use of civil defense projects and raising the defensive capability of the city.
