Procedures for the Administration of the Collection of Shanghai Sea Area Use Fees

These procedures are formulated to regulate the collection and management of the use fees of sea areas in this municipality, safeguard the rights and interests of the owners of the national sea area and the lawful rights and interests of the sea area users, and promote the rational development and sustainable use of the sea area.
