Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Implementation of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China

These procedures are formulated to strictly control, protect and develop land resources, and stop all acts of illegally occupying land in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.
