Shanghai's 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30) for Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization
Shanghai has issued a guideline to promote the city's rural vitalization during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-30), further implementing the national rural vitalization strategy. Shanghai will achieve substantial new results in promoting rural vitalization by accelerating agricultural modernization, improving rural living conditions, and elevating integrated urban-rural development to a new level by 2030.
