Shanghai International Circuit
Located in Anting town, Jiading district, the Shanghai International Circuit was completed in 2004.

The main track is 5.451 kilometers long and shaped like the Chinese character "上" (Shang), inspired by the name "Shanghai" and connoting the idea of "rising steadily."

The circuit passed a technical inspection by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and was certified as the only FIA Grade 1 track in China.

The circuit boasts nine track configurations, including a night track for events like music festivals and speed challenges.
It has hosted numerous Formula 1 events since 2004, including the historic 1000th F1 race in 2019. The circuit is a prestigious venue for motorsports, welcoming MotoGP and other high-profile racing events.

In addition to international races, the Shanghai International Circuit hosts over 10 top-level domestic car racing events annually, attracting major automobile manufacturers for activities and events.
As a national 4A-rated tourist attraction, the circuit offers a blend of tourism, shopping, dining, entertainment, and sports, making it a hub for car culture and leisure.

Moreover, the circuit houses a world-class outdoor karting track, adding to its allure as a premier destination for racing enthusiasts.
