Jiangnan Rice Art Sightseeing Park
The Jiangnan Rice Art Sightseeing Park in Songjiang district is now open to the public, inviting visitors to enjoy a mix of pastoral beauty and cultural discovery.
Spanning a total area of 708 hectares in Xiaokunshan town, the modern agricultural demonstration area displays rice paddies and farming culture in an immersive way. It offers visitors a blend of rural sightseeing, agricultural leisure, family-friendly activities, and hands-on labor education experiences.
At the "Baobao Dami" (Embracing the Rice) workshop, visitors can savor locally made rice milk and waffles, while children can participate in a range of cultural activities — from glass painting and canvas bag printing to crafting cultural stamps featuring iconic landmarks of Xiaokunshan town.
These hands-on experiences not only improve children's practical skills but also help them appreciate the beauty of nature and gain a richer understanding of rural culture.
