I. General public budget revenue

From January to September 2024, the general public budget revenue of Shanghai Municipality totaled 649.4 billion yuan ($91.21 billion), increasing by 0.4 percent from the same period in 2023.

II. General public budget expenditure

From January to September 2024, the general public budget expenditure of Shanghai Municipality totaled 636.86 billion yuan, decreasing by 1.3 percent from the same period in 2023.
