Westbund Central Phase II

The second phase of Westbund Central in Xuhui Riverside opened on April 30, turning the golden river views into a chic shopping destination. Highlights include China's first full-range Issey Miyake flagship store, the first House of Leica on the Chinese mainland, which features a cafe, gallery, and retail space, and the Asia-Pacific debut of House of Laderach, the renowned Swiss chocolate brand. Visitors can also wander through The Terraces square or step inside The Seed glass-domed pavilion, perfect for capturing nature-inspired photos and soaking in the sophisticated riverside atmosphere.

Neo Young 6

Reviving memories of the former Pacific Department Store, Neo Young 6 spans 32,000 square meters and features an 8K glasses-free 3D screen offering a stunning visual spectacle against the Xujiahui skyline. The mall blends industrial design with preserved historic pillars, creating a striking contrast between old and new. K-pop fans can explore SM Entertainment's first flagship store on the Chinese mainland, the Smtown Store, as well as South Korean fashion platform Musinsa's China debut. Families can also enjoy the 2,000-sq-m Talking Tom Heroes theme park, making Neo Young 6 a destination for all ages.

Prisma

Prisma in Pudong New Area is a sprawling 360,000-sq-m retail complex hosting nearly 500 brands across fashion, lifestyle, sports, and family entertainment. Its riverside design includes a 400-meter scenic walkway, perfect for pets and children to enjoy alongside their families. More than 80 international brands are opening stores, with over 90 percent making their regional debut or offering specialty concepts.

JD Mall

JD Mall's first Shanghai location opened in Qibao town, Minhang district, with over 200 global brands and more than 10 immersive zones, including gaming, e-sports, DIY, beauty, audio, coffee, and food. The mall began trial operations on May 1 and is fine-tuning its 40,000-sq-m space ahead of its official launch on May 30.

Showay Center

The western part of the Hongqiao International Central Business District will soon welcome Showay Center, a 1.4 million-sq-m landmark with a 95-meter skybridge connecting directly to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Set to open in the third quarter of 2026, its 430,000-sq-m commercial space will feature flagship stores, exhibitions, performances, art, gourmet dining, and family entertainment. First-in-China launches across fashion, art, dining, and entertainment will provide year-round immersive experiences. Highlights include interactive art, pop-up fashion shows, curated dining, rooftop social spaces, and children's theater performances, creating a multi-dimensional urban destination for shopping, leisure, and culture.
