The Lingang Songjiang Science and Technology Town is under the auspices of Lingang Group, with its core parks situated in Xinqiao town and Jiuting town within Songjiang district. 

Designated as an "important technological innovation source area" and a "major achievement transformation area" for the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, the Town encompasses a planned area of approximately two square kilometers. The total planned construction area is estimated at about 3.5 million square meters, with the current built area reaching approximately 1.9 million square meters.

With a strategic focus on high-tech industries such as intelligent manufacturing and the industrial internet, it has attracted over 1,800 emerging technology companies, including 305 high-tech enterprises, and has drawn in 26,000 scientific and technological talents. 

The town's comprehensive vision involves fostering the creation of an industrial internet innovation cluster, targeting no fewer than 100 upstream and downstream enterprises, a minimum of 10 industry leaders, and an industry scale exceeding 10 billion yuan ($1.39 billion).
