It's anchored by the West Bund International AI Tower, and integrates facilities such as the GRC, CEA Riverside Center, Hanghui Building, as well as Binjiang Chengkai Center, Alibaba, Voice of Dream, and more.

By gathering AI-based leading enterprises, unicorn enterprises, gazelle enterprises and ecological chain enterprises, driving the construction of 100 billion-yuan worth of AI industry cluster, it strives to promote the innovation, industrial use and demonstration application for the AI industry in Shanghai, and the country as a whole.
