The Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park is located in Jinshan district, Shanghai, with a planned area of 8.58 square kilometers. It focuses on the development of green new materials, biomedicine, energy conservation and environmental protection industries, as well as related productive services. 

The park has formed a professional new chemical materials base integrating R&D incubation, production and manufacturing, inspection and testing. It is an important industrial platform in the "Shanghai Bay Area".

In line with the national green and recycling construction standards, Carbon Valley Green Bay will further build a demonstration highland for the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing in the Hangzhou Bay Economic Belt, and strive to create a national demonstration park for safe production and green ecology. The park aims to achieve an output value of 50 billion yuan ($6,949.7 million) by 2025.
