Comprising functional blocks such as the industrial smart manufacturing zone, the agglomeration expansion zone, the high-tech research and development zone, and the supporting service zone, this base boasts well-established facilities, remarkable geographical advantages, and sits in a prime position along the Shanghai-Hangzhou economic development axis. 

The base has successfully attracted nearly a hundred biopharmaceutical companies from diverse fields. It strategically focuses on high-end biopharmaceuticals, advanced medical devices, and top-tier medical services, consistently striving to establish itself as a highly market-oriented, fully functional hub for outcome transformation, innovative drug research and development, and industrialization.
