China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai)
Established as a result of the China-Israel Innovation Cooperation Action Plan (2018-2021) signed in October 2018, the China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai) is a dynamic innovation hub located in Taopu Smart City, the heart of Shanghai's central urban area. Officially inaugurated on December 5, 2019, the park aligns with national strategies and capitalizes on the unique strengths of both Shanghai and Israel.
With a strategic focus on healthcare, life sciences, artificial intelligence, robotics, the Internet, and information technology, the park serves as a comprehensive one-stop platform that caters to international innovative enterprises and entrepreneurial teams, particularly those from Israel, facilitating their seamless integration into the Chinese market by providing access to capital, industry networks, and vital services.
Encouraging collaborative innovation, bidirectional technology transfer, and effective business incubation, the park aims to foster mutually beneficial development. It aspires to be an international showcase for innovative cooperation—a place where innovation thrives, businesses flourish, and the living environment is conducive to global collaboration. Ultimately, the park will contribute to the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
