The Industrial Park of Robotics, the first robot-themed industrial park in Shanghai, covers an area of 3.09 square kilometers. The park is strategically positioned to develop three types of industry clusters, namely, the robotics and automation cluster, the productive service industry cluster, and high-end projects cluster (concerning intelligent equipment, precision instruments and key core components).

Focusing on "robotics + intelligent manufacturing", the park will form an industrial ecosystem of intelligent makers and intelligent manufacturing centers that integrate robot research and development, application, exposition, service and training. It aims to become a benchmark area for the development of the robotics and intelligent manufacturing industry with leading strategies, comprehensive functionalities, abundant resources, and a complete industrial chain.
