The core area of the Shanghai Jingu Intelligent Terminal Manufacturing Base is located in the southern part of the Jinqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a primary emphasis on intelligent car terminals and intelligent manufacturing terminals. Notable enterprises within this zone include two companies listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board - Zhongwei Semiconductor and Anji Microelectronics - and key players like Soguang Image, Hella Electronics, Valeo, Omron, Festo, and Huanwei Electronics.

Guided by a strategic vision, the base aims to cultivate and attract high-quality, advanced manufacturing, and production service companies, aligning with the needs outlined by established local core component system suppliers.

The overarching goal is to position itself as an intelligent terminal characteristic park in China, showcasing "the most advanced technology, the richest product categories, the most concentrated innovative resources, and the most complete platform functions".
