Have any tax-related questions? Don't worry! Shanghai's 12366 tax service hotline is here to provide all the answers you need. Help is being offered in nine languages — English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic. 

 

Here's how to use the service.

Dial 021-12366 and press 2 for foreign language services.

Follow the voice guide. For English service, press 1; for service in Korean, press 2. Just continue to listen to all the other language choices. 

There is another option. You can visit the website of the Shanghai Municipal Tax Service for any consultation on tax-related matters. 

Click the "Foreign Language Service" option and type your question in the chat box in any of the foreign languages available.
