Following the launch of the "refund-upon-purchase" service counter at iapm Mall and the expansion of tax-refund merchants along Wukang Road–Anfu Road, a new tax-refund service counter has opened on Ferguson Lane. This addition provides overseas visitors with a convenient option to claim refunds, enhancing the shopping experience in Xuhui district.

With this new addition, Xuhui district now offers a multi-point, district-wide tax refund service system, covering both core shopping areas and cultural streets to provide overseas visitors a seamless, one-stop shopping experience.

Previously, the iapm Mall counter served over 40 merchants across fashion, beauty, and luxury accessories, allowing shoppers to complete refund procedures before customs verification on the mall's first floor. Along Wukang Road–Anfu Road, stores such as Harmay, Suitsupply, Le Labo, and Adidas Originals have joined the tax refund program.
