The Shanghai International Dance Centre Grand Theatre, distinguished by its open and bright hall, has become an iconic venue. The hall is surrounded by glass, which allows for a changing ambiance comprising natural and internal lighting.

To enhance the interior design, two winding staircases on the left and right sides of the hall represent both classic and modern styles, adding an artistic touch.

The theatre boasts a seating capacity of 1,078 and features an extraordinary design. The seats are elegantly adorned in starry blue, while a celestial pool graces the centre of the ceiling and water wave motifs adorn the surrounding walls.

The chandelier alternates colours, creating a dynamic atmosphere within the theatre. The stage is specifically designed for dance performances, with a spring-loaded floor that prioritises the protection of the performers' knees and spines.

The stage lighting utilises innovative lamps and lanterns to ensure high-quality, visual performances.
