Nine Trees Future Art Centre is an iconic building of Fengxian district, hosting high-quality cultural activities and large-scale festivals.

It boasts three indoor venues, including a 1,200-seat amphitheatre, a 500-seat experimental theatre, and a smaller 300-seat theatre.

The centre also features two outdoor theatres, the 2,000-seat Forest Theatre and the Waterfront Stage.

The centre is surrounded by cultural and tourism venues, such as bookstores and teahouses.

It was recognised as one of the 20 most popular, outstanding buildings at the 2021 Shanghai Tourism Festival.
