China has introduced a 240-hour visa-free transit policy, which allows citizens from 55 countries to enter China visa-free when transiting to a third country or region.

Travelers can arrive via 65 ports in 24 provincial-level regions and stay for up to 240 hours (10 days).

Foreign visitors can move freely across the designated areas of the 24 provincial-level regions.
