An illustration art festival is currently underway at Deqiu Lixianggu Cultural and Creative Park in Shanghai's Minhang district.

The Deqiu Shanghai International Illustration Art Festival runs from April to July, marking the longest-running illustration event in Shanghai's history. It features a diverse array of activities, from parades to bazaars, art performances, and lectures.

Sixteen art exhibitions were unveiled on April 19, showcasing the works of 100 artists with varying styles and backgrounds, spanning illustration, contemporary art, penjing (miniature potted landscapes) art, large-scale installations, performances, new media, digital art, and poetry.

The fair will also host the illustration tour exhibition at various venues, including the Shanghai Powerlong Museum and Minhang Mass Art Center, as well as the culture and sports centers of Pujiang, Zhuanqiao, and the Xinzhuang Industrial Zone, totaling 35 exhibitions.
