MSH China Enterprise Services Co, a global player in international health insurance, has been recently recognized as a regional headquarters (Asia) by Shanghai Municipality, becoming the second one of its kind based in the city's Hongkou district.

Hongkou is currently implementing initiatives to enhance the quality and capacity of the foreign-funded headquarters.

The district is committed to strengthening its support for multinationals to establish headquarters-type enterprises, encouraging the clustering of headquarters, and amplifying their regional influence. These efforts are part of Hongkou's broader push to deepen high-level opening-up and foster a market-oriented, law-based international business environment.

MSH China is the Asia-Pacific headquarters of MSH International, a subsidiary of the Paris-based Diot-Siaci Group — one of Europe's top insurance brokers.

It manages the operations of various branches across Asia for its parent company, specializing in consultancy services for medical insurance.

The company provides insurance program designs and product management for insurers, corporations, individuals and families — along with full-process third-party management services, health management services and insurance technology solutions.

Leveraging Diot-Siaci's marketing network across the Asia-Pacific region, MSH China has seen a steady increase in its market share, with annual sales growing by over 10 percent year on year.

By setting up its Asia headquarters in Shanghai, Diot-Siaci aims to enhance its regional decision-making efficiency, optimize its resource allocation, provide customized insurance solutions for Chinese companies going global under the Belt and Road Initiative, and promote the economic development of the Asia-Pacific region.
