Italian luxury sports car maker Ferrari has opened its first after-sales service center in Shanghai. Located in Jinjiang Industrial Park in Putuo district, the facility is the first in China and the second globally, following a European site, to adopt the brand's new design language.

The service center has easy access to the Middle Ring Road, the Beiheng Passageway, and the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, making it easily accessible to customers across the city and neighboring regions.

The new facility's exterior features expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a red archway entrance inspired by traditional Italian architectural aesthetics. The iconic "Ferrari" logo is prominently displayed in silver metal, highlighting the brand's distinctive Italian design flair.

Spanning about 2,900 square meters, the service center is divided into two main areas: a client service area and a workshop area.

The client service area includes a boutique display area showcasing models such as the Ferrari 296 Speciale, Ferrari Amalfi, and Ferrari F40.

The workshop area is equipped with 19 standard Ferrari service bays, offering services in five core categories: pre-inspection, mechanical repair, hybrid vehicle maintenance, classic car services, and body repair and paintwork.

Jan Hendrik Voss, president of Ferrari Greater China, noted Shanghai is one of the most dynamic cities globally. It holds significant strategic value for brands. Ferrari will continue to invest in the city, strengthening and expanding its service network. The service center is committed to providing efficient and high-quality services through refined professional skills and advanced technical facilities.

Since 2003, Jinjiang Industrial Park has served as a hub for automotive sales and after-sales services, accompanying the rapid expansion of Shanghai's automotive market. Today, it is home to more than 18 automotive dealerships spanning luxury, joint-venture, domestic, and new-energy brands, making it one of the city's most concentrated automotive brand clusters.
