Italian jazz accordionist Simone Zanchini graced the sixth International Accordion Culture and Arts Festival as a guest performer.

During his first-ever visit to China, Zanchini gradually shed his initial sense of unfamiliarity in Shanghai. From the serene surroundings of the Columbia Circle to the blooming cherry blossom trees along Golden Street and the vast lawn of the century-old prestigious Shanghai No 3 Girls' High School, Zanchini left behind a trail of delightful melodies in Changning district.

Reflecting on his trip, he said that the perfect blend of music enthusiasts, modernity, and historical charm makes everything truly unparalleled.
