Spring beats in Top Park

The Shanghai Civic Culture Festival opened at TOP Central Park in Putuo district on March 29.
This "Spring Symphony" lawn concert drew large crowds who gathered to enjoy the performance. The district will continue hosting "Art TOP" performances for residents on a weekly basis.
