4. Appointment documents for the legal representative, directors, supervisors, and senior managers. Copies of identification documents for the legal representative, directors, supervisors, and senior managers (mandatory);

5. Documentation for the lawful use of the business domicile (mandatory).

6. For a joint-stock limited liability company established through fundraising, a capital verification certificate issued by a legally authorized institution is required. If the initial contribution by the initiators involves non-monetary assets, proof of property rights transfer procedures is necessary (non-mandatory);

7. For a joint-stock limited liability company publicly issuing shares, the approval document from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (mandatory);

8. If the company's business scope includes items requiring approval according to laws, regulations, or State Council decisions, documents related to these approvals or licenses (non-mandatory).

Application Procedure

1. Submission of complete and legally formatted documents:

(1) The registration authority confirms and completes the registration on the spot.

(2) If immediate registration is not possible, the registration authority completes the registration within three working days. In cases of complex situations, with approval from the person in charge at the registration authority, an additional three working days can be granted.

2. Incomplete or improperly formatted documents:

The registration authority informs the applicant of the materials requiring correction.
