Twenty-two pioneering designers from 12 African nations recently made their debut together at the 2025 Autumn/Winter Shanghai Fashion Week.
Organized by Africa Reimagined, a platform under Development Reimagined dedicated to promoting African luxury fashion worldwide, the landmark event featured a trade exhibition, an insightful forum, and a captivating runway show. It not only showcased Africa's unique craftsmanship, cultural narratives, and sustainable innovation, but also marked a pivotal moment in Africa's global fashion journey, bridging cultures and opening up new markets.
