German scientist finds home in Pudong

After more than 15 years in Shanghai, German scientist Hou Martin says he feels at home in Weifang Xincun subdistrict, Pudong New Area. He appreciates the green spaces and running paths along the Huangpu River, as well as the convenient metro access.
He also values the opportunities in China to carry out development and technical work faster than in Europe and to work on a wider variety of projects. "I belong to Weifang," he says, adding that he would recommend Pudong to his friends.
