Located in Shanghai's Songjiang district, the Sijing Xiatang Historical and Cultural Block is the core area of Sijing ancient town and spans more than 15 hectares.

The historic zone features a dense river network, traditional residences and well-preserved streets and alleys – including significant historical buildings like the former residences of Shi Liangcai (1880-1934) and Ma Xiangbo (1840-1939).
