How to obtain a TE invitation letter
Your contact in China can assist you in applying for the TE invitation letter. To do so, visit the official website of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
On the homepage, click "Online Services" (网上办事), then select "Invitation to China" (来华邀请), and choose "Application for Invitation Verification Form" (邀请核实单办理). After logging in, fill out the required information.
