The 2025 Zhangjiang High-Tech Park "895 Talent Hub" was held at the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park on Sept 16.

The event brought together nearly 30 leading companies, including SMIC, ACM Research, and Beken, along with nearly 2,000 students from over 10 universities, such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University, and East China University of Science and Technology.

Serving as a platform for policy promotion, industry trend interpretation, and talent-enterprise matchmaking, the event also featured a dedicated policy consultation zone for Pudong New Area's 15 measures to support young talent.

These measures cover five key areas: providing one-stop services for innovation and entrepreneurship by establishing the Pudong International Talent Station and offering seven days of free accommodation for job seekers; building a comprehensive startup support system with one million square meters of low-rent workspace; facilitating youth startup projects from launch to growth; creating high-quality living environments for talent with move-in ready housing; and launching the Pudong Pearl Online (明珠在线) one-stop service platform.

China's recruitment platform Zhaopin (智联招聘) shared insights on the current state and future trends of talent in the integrated circuit industry. Representatives from universities and enterprises also delivered presentations on industry developments and career opportunities.

During the job fair session, students took part in lively, in-depth discussions with company representatives. Many noted that they not only gained the latest industry information and policy updates but also received valuable opportunities to communicate face-to-face with leading enterprises.

The fair offered over 500 job positions across the entire integrated circuit industry chain, including chip design, manufacturing, equipment, materials, software, and applications.

The "895 Talent Hub" event has been held in Zhangjiang High-Tech Park for five consecutive years to promote industry and talent integration. This year, the event will extend to other cities, including Beijing and Hefei, to further expand its reach and influence.
