The Suhe Meixin Talent Apartments, located along Suzhou Creek, officially opened on Oct 16 to welcome content creators in Shanghai's Huangpu district.

Adjacent to the Bund Finance and Trade Center, this residential complex is designed as an "inspiration community" to enhance the living experience for creative talent and foster a vibrant creative ecosystem. It is the city's first talent apartment complex dedicated specifically to content creators.

The complex spans a site area of over 2,800 square meters, with a total floor area of approximately 27,000 square meters across 25 floors, creating a multi-functional living environment that connects underground and above-ground spaces.

The two underground levels house essential facilities, including parking areas and equipment rooms. Floors 1 to 5 feature commercial amenities, shared apartment areas, a gym, and auxiliary office spaces, allowing residents easy access to shopping and leisure right where they live. Floors 23 to 25 feature a leisure gallery, offering panoramic views of Suzhou Creek.

Residential units occupy floors 6 to 22, totaling 230 apartments with varied layouts to suit different lifestyle preferences. Floors 6 to 21 contain standard rooms, while the 22nd floor offers larger units. Options include one-bedroom apartments with river views, functional two-bedroom apartments with integrated living, dining, and kitchen areas suitable for families, and double-suite apartments that showcase the city's vibrant night skyline.

The apartments support rental payments through housing provident funds and offer flexible lease terms, easing the financial pressure on young talent and providing a convenient, move-in-ready living experience.

In a related initiative, on July 17, the Bund FTC commercial building at No 69 Jiujiang Road was inaugurated to accelerate the creation of a high-quality online content cluster. This space has attracted registrations from 23 companies within just two months.

On the same day, the "Bund FTC Talent Home" was unveiled, offering 168 one-stop services across six categories, including dining, travel and accommodation, as well as policy consultation, accompanied by a package of 134 business support policies.
