Immerse yourself in Thailand at Kud-Thai market in Shanghai

This summer, you don't need to travel far to experience the vibrant and exotic charm of Thailand. From July 18 to 27, Longhua Hui cultural and commercial complex has teamed up with Thailand's renowned commercial group, The Mall Group, to bring the Thailand-themed market "Kud-Thai" to Shanghai.

The market is being held in two locations: Longhua Hui in Xuhui district and Sunland Incity in Pudong New Area. In Pudong, Kud-Thai serves as a special precursor event to the Sunland Boundless Life Festival, while in Xuhui, visitors can also enjoy the full Thailand experience.

Visitors can explore a wide range of authentic Thai products handpicked by The Mall Group. Highlights include Butterbear, an immensely popular Thai bakery and mascot brand that has taken China by storm, as well as delicious Thai street food, handcrafted goods, aromatic oils, and unique fashion.

Beyond shopping, the Kud-Thai market offers a variety of exciting cultural experiences. Highlights include traditional Thai dance performances, the Songkran parade, Muay Thai demonstrations and interactive sessions, Thai live band performances, a Thai water-splashing and electronic dance music festival, hands-on craft workshops, Thai costume experiences, and even an outdoor Thai film festival.

As part of the fifth annual Sunland Boundless Life Festival, Kud-Thai also celebrates the 50th anniversary of Sino-Thai diplomatic relations in 2025, marking a significant milestone in cultural, tourism, and economic exchanges between China and Thailand.
