Shanghai Shopping Festival unveils exciting lineup in Jinshan

The seventh Shanghai Shopping Festival is well underway after its launch on April 30, with Jinshan district offering a wide array of shopping, sightseeing, dining, sports, and agricultural experiences. Running through June, the district's program features an opening ceremony, three landmark events, four themed activities, and 11 unique programs, each highlighting a specific subdistrict or town.

The Jinshan City Beach International Music Fireworks Show kicked off the festival, and two other landmark events are now drawing attention. Love in the Flower Sea: 1314 Sweet Art Journey runs throughout May at Shanghai Blooming Garden, capturing the romantic spirit of 520, or May 20, a date celebrated in China because the pronunciation of the numbers sounds like "I love you." The event features performances, markets, and exclusive ticket perks, creating a memorable experience for couples and visitors.

Shanghai Legoland Resort is hosting the "Brick-clusive Perks" experience through the end of May. The resort has introduced family packages and Monkie Kid-themed rooms, offering an integrated experience that combines play, lodging, and shopping.

From now until May 31, shoppers who present receipts from five or more subdistricts or industrial zones in Jinshan can claim special vouchers at five major shopping centers. These exclusive gift packs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at Jinshan Wanda Plaza, Aegean Bingo, Bailian Jinshan Shopping Center, Tinglin Mingyue, and Sky Square.

Additionally, Zhujing town has created a comprehensive experience that blends soccer matches, markets, local cuisine, and tourism. Leveraging its local soccer resources, the town is distributing coupons at match venues. Fans holding these coupons can enjoy discounts at participating businesses, hotels, and tourist attractions through July 31.
