If you're an international traveler flying into Shanghai, you'll find a warm welcome the moment you reach the arrivals hall.

The city has set up one-stop service centers at its two major airports. Whether you need to get connected, make payments, navigate the city, or simply pick up a map, help is right at hand.

Located in the international arrival halls of Pudong International Airport's T1 and T2, as well as Hongqiao International Airport's T1, the service centers assist international travelers in four key areas: payment, tourism, communication, and transportation.

Each center offers a range of services, including multilingual copies of A Guide to Shanghai for Expats, currency exchange, tourist maps, mobile SIM cards, transport cards, mobile payment assistance, and guidance on downloading commonly used local apps.

By delivering comprehensive, round-the-clock services, the centers aim to showcase Shanghai's image as an international metropolis.

The service centers were jointly set up by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the Shanghai Head Office of the People's Bank of China, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Transport, the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, and the Shanghai Communications Administration.
