Experience the thrill of Playa Maya, a top-tier water park in the Sheshan National Tourist Resort in Shanghai's Songjiang district. With over 40 water equipment sets, this park features multimedia slides and interactive pools that are suitable for a range of patrons. Opening this summer on June 1, visitors can enjoy music parties and immersive experiences. If resident DJs, jungle treehouses, and interactive zones are what you seek, then look no further.

Operating hours vary, the following is for June:

Mondays to Fridays: 10 am-6 pm

Weekends and the Dragon Boat Festival (June 8-10): 10 am-7 pm

2. Shenkeng Marine World

Scheduled to open its doors on June 17, Shenkeng Marine World provides a haven for those concerned about sun exposure during outdoor play. As one of the rare indoor water amusement parks in Shanghai, this expansive 15,000-square-meter indoor space ensures that families can revel in water activities without fretting about sunburn.

This summer, Shenkeng Marine World is set to launch dreamy water bubble parties, thrilling water activities, a 70-meter obstacle course, the Coconut Island Adventure zone, water trampolines, water wheels, and water rocking boats!

Opening hours: From June 17 to Sept 30, it operates Mondays to Sundays 10:30 am-6:30 pm (Last entrance at 5:30 pm)

3. Shanghai Jegoplay Too Pancoat Park

Nestled in Shanghai's Yuehu Sculpture Park, Shanghai Jegoplay Too Pancoat Park merges elements of Jegoplay Group's IP Toffy and China Brands Group's IP Pancoat into its overall design. If you're looking for a fun day in the sun, don't overlook Sunny Beach (Bihai Jinsha) in Shanghai's Fengxian district. This destination is China's largest artificial beach, offering breathtaking seaside panoramas and a tranquil seaside retreat. Located in the historic town of Zhujiajiao in Shanghai's Qingpu district, Sun Island Beach Front Wave Pool is set to draw in crowds after its official launch on June 1. With its island swimming pool aesthetics, this 8,000-sqaure-meter location boasts charming white sandy shores, palm trees, pink umbrellas, and captivating mermaid motifs.

Visitors can frolic in the water, go on thrilling water slide rides, and enjoy a wholesome aquatic experience.
