Gucheng Park in Shanghai's Huangpu district is now open 24/7, providing round-the-clock access.

The park links the popular attractions of the Bund and Yu Garden, drawing in visitors consistently, even on weekdays.

Following its transition to 24-hour operations, Gucheng Park is prioritizing visitor safety by maintaining well-lit paths and displaying clear emergency contact information throughout the park.

Visitors are urged to use Gates 5 and 8 for entry and exit during nighttime hours. Notably, Gate 8 is equipped with public restrooms and a water supply office.

To meet the public's demand for accessible parks and nighttime activities, Gucheng Park has integrated green spaces and bolstered safety measures.

The park management conducts hourly night patrols to ensure visitor security. Specific areas are closed from 10 pm to 5 am for safety purposes.

To maintain night safety, visitors are reminded to prioritize self-protection and avoid restricted areas during nighttime visits.

Gucheng Park is the seventh park in Huangpu district to be open 24 hours a day, following Fuxing Park, Guangchang Park, Nanyuan Park, Yanfu Park, Jiuzi Park, and Daji Road Green Space.
