Shingo Sasaki, manager and bartender at Sober Company, describes Shanghai's nightlife as "international, magical, and vibrant". After seven years in Shanghai and 15 years in the bartending industry, Sasaki has created the cocktail "Shanghai Dream" to encapsulate the energy and sleepless charm of the city. Sober Company was named one of the World's 50 Best Bars from 2019 to 2021.
