Measures of Shanghai Municipality for Pipeline Management

These measures apply to the planning, construction, maintenance, protection, and relevant supervision and management of pipelines within the administrative jurisdiction of Shanghai with a view to strengthening the management of municipal pipelines, optimizing the allocation of spatial resources, and ensuring the orderly construction and safe operation of pipelines.
