Shanghai Fashion Center, originally a cotton textile factory, has transformed into a modern hub for fashion, creativity, and cultural exchanges.

Spanning nearly a century, these historical preservation buildings reflect the evolution of Shanghai's textile industry.

With a total floor area of about 130,000 square meters, the Shanghai Fashion Center features areas such as multi-functional showrooms, fashion boutique warehouses, creative offices, and designer workstations.

The center offers a platform for international fashion exchange, providing a 1,500 square meter column-free main showroom, a 150-person capacity lecture hall, and an oversized backstage for model preparation.

The Fashion Boutique Store offers a rich experience, featuring international products, fashion lifestyle, and sports and leisure areas.

The Shanghai Fashion Center also includes transportation facilities and a waterfront tour, showcasing the transformation of the industrial dock. Additionally, it houses the Zotter Chocolate Theatre, providing a sweet journey from raw materials to finished products.
