A guide to getting an electronic vaccination certificate
You can now check your vaccination record or that of your children and download an electronic certificate through the Suishenban app, which also offers international language versions.
Digital vaccination records remove the inconvenience of carrying paper certificates and eliminate the risk of losing them. For families preparing for daycare, kindergarten, or primary school enrollment, the digital record makes it easier to review vaccination status and identify any missed doses so that timely catch-up vaccinations can be arranged.
To obtain a digital vaccination certificate, open the Suishenban app, or mini program on Alipay and WeChat, and enter "电子预防接种证" (electronic vaccination certificate) in the search bar on the homepage.

Click the "Chinese (中文)" button in the top-right corner to switch between Chinese, English, French, German, and Arabic versions.

Switch the profile from "Myself" to "Children" and click "Application" to start the application process and fill in the required details.

Click "Vaccination Information" to see the full vaccination records.
