Q: My partner and I are foreign tourists planning to visit China, and we want to register our marriage in Shanghai. What are the requirements and process?
A: Foreign nationals cannot register their marriage in the Chinese mainland. Therefore, you and your partner will not be able to register your marriage in Shanghai.
