Q: I am a graduate from a top 500 global university seeking a Foreigner's Work Permit. Can the two-year work experience requirement be waived?
A: Work permits for foreigners in China are divided into Categories A, B, and C.
For recent graduates applying under Category C, proof of work experience is not required. All necessary documents can be prepared according to the official guide.
